RAAQUU Studio Membership & Access Terms and Conditions

Important Information

This membership provides access to the RAAQUU Studio located in Ara Damansara, Selangor. Members are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the studio.
To ensure a smooth experience for all members and to prevent equipment overbooking, all studio sessions must be reserved at least one (1) day in advance through our designated booking system. Booking instructions will be provided upon membership activation.

- Monday – Friday
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Excluding public holidays and any dates communicated by the RAAQUU team.
Memberships purchased will automatically commence on the 1st day of the following calendar month.
If you would like your membership to begin immediately, please email inquiry@raaquu.com after your purchase. Upon activation, the current month will be considered your first membership month.

Following your purchase, all important membership information, booking instructions, studio guidelines, updates, and announcements will be communicated via email.
Please ensure that you provide a valid and actively monitored email address during checkout.
To avoid missing important communications, we strongly recommend adding inquiry@raaquu.com to your contacts and marking our emails as safe or important within your email provider.
Members are responsible for ensuring that contact details provided to RAAQUU remain accurate and up to date.

Members are expected to use all studio equipment, tools, furniture, and facilities responsibly and with reasonable care.
Any damage resulting from negligence, misuse, improper handling, intentional acts, or failure to follow studio guidelines may be subject to repair or replacement charges.
Members may be held financially responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing damaged equipment, tools, furniture, kilns, or other studio property where applicable.
RAAQUU reserves the right to suspend or terminate studio access for members who repeatedly misuse equipment, create unsafe working conditions, or fail to comply with studio policies.

To maintain kiln safety, firing consistency, and quality control, outside clay bodies, glazes, slips, underglazes, and ceramic materials are not permitted unless prior written approval has been obtained from the RAAQUU team.
The use of untested materials may result in kiln damage, glaze defects, contamination of kiln shelves, or damage to other members' work. For this reason, all materials used within the studio must be approved by RAAQUU.
RAAQUU reserves the right to refuse the firing of any piece where the clay body, glaze, decoration, construction method, moisture content, or overall condition is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, insufficiently tested, or likely to damage studio equipment or affect the firing results of other works.
Any costs arising from damage caused by unapproved materials or improper preparation may be charged to the member responsible.

Ceramics is an inherently unpredictable process. Despite best practices and professional handling, clay and glazed works may crack, warp, explode, blister, pinhole, craze, change colour, or otherwise fail during drying, firing, cooling, or handling.
RAAQUU cannot guarantee the successful outcome of any ceramic work and shall not be liable for loss, breakage, defects, firing failures, colour variations, or other unexpected results that occur during the ceramic process.
Members acknowledge that participation in ceramic activities involves inherent risks to the finished work and accept these risks as part of the creative process.
While every effort will be made to handle work with care, RAAQUU shall not be responsible for damage to ceramic works resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Additional services, including but not limited to clay purchases, firing services, glazing services, storage solutions, workshops, consultations, and special requests, may be available upon inquiry and are subject to availability and prevailing rates.
Members are encouraged to contact the RAAQUU team for the latest service offerings and pricing.

All membership purchases, studio passes, subscription fees, firing fees, and related services are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been successfully processed.

Any completed, in-progress, or stored ceramic work, clay, tools, or personal materials left uncollected at the RAAQUU Studio for more than 90 days may be deemed abandoned.
Abandoned items may be recycled, disposed of, donated, or repurposed by RAAQUU without further notice.
Members are responsible for collecting their works and maintaining awareness of storage timelines. RAAQUU does not guarantee long-term storage space unless explicitly stated in a membership tier.

RAAQUU reserves the right to amend studio operating procedures, booking requirements, membership benefits, pricing, service offerings, and studio policies at any time where reasonably necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the studio and the best experience for all members.
